Custom Acrylic cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Acryl op Maat.
The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 25/09/2023, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Acryl op Maat processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:

Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. Acrylic op Maat processes your personal data for the following purposes:

WooCommerce / Wedrdpress
Our website was developed with a CMS from WordPress, we chose Cloud86 for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Cloud86 has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Cloud86 is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are made regularly to prevent data loss.
Web hosting
Cloud86
We purchase web hosting and email services from Cloud86.
Cloud86 processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. This party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data.
Cloud86 has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Cloud86 has a duty of confidentiality under the agreement.
Email and mailing lists
Cloud86 & Thunderbird
We use the services of Cloud86 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Cloud86 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
We use the Mozilla Thunderbird program to open, read and answer our emails. Thunderbird does not store any personal data.
Payment processors
Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties.
All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal periods.
Reviews
Google Review & WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the Google and WebwinkelKeur platforms. If you leave a review via Google Review or WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. Google Review or WebwinkelKeurd shares this data with us, so that we can see who wrote the review. Google Review and WebwinkelKeur also publish your name on their own website. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with these companies. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Google Review and WebwinkelKeur have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
Google Review and WebwinkelKeur reserve the right to engage third parties to provide services, we have given permission to Google Review and WebWinkelKeur for this. Shipping and logistics
MyParcel
If you place an order with us and choose to ship it, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of MyParcel to carry out deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address and residence details with MyParcel.
MyParcel only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement.
MyParcel has an agreement with PostNL and also makes your address details available to this party for the processing (delivery) of the packages.
Invoicing and accounting
Excel
We use an Excel sheet to keep track of our administration and accounting. We use your name, address, residence details and details regarding your order to maintain our administration. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Acryl op Maat does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

We will retain your information for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.
